    I have updated system settings, then when I try to update the maxisys in the program a message appears saying 'network not avalible check network connection'
    My internet connection is fine, when I log into autel its telling me I have 43 updates outstanding??? But there is nowhere on the side to down loads them

    Any help would be great!

    Sometime happens it, that your wireless Internet connection is not ready. Try to connect the MaxiSys at home at your computer with the cable that follows with the equipment. Then you have a stable connection and it will work. Check your wireless settings too.

      I have the same probleme!

    Maxi UI v01.02.06

    I had the 1.23 MaxiSYS version, impossible to update!

    When i have uninstall 1.23 version, update ok, now a have 1.24 version, impossible to update!!! WTF? It isn't normal!

    My message is the same ''network not avalible check network connection" (in french: Le réseau n'est pas disponible, vérifier le réseau)

    Help please, i have good connection, internet acces ok, no ethernet and wi-fi at the same time!

     Call support.there is a bad file.they did a take over of my scanner and removed it.look back in forums you will see how to do it or call and have them do it.found easier to leave message.called right back.
